Decades of Experience

In 1996, InterProse founded a data integration company in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  Since that time, our Vancouver, WA office has  transitioned to a premium provider of true, web-based debt recovery software solutions. 

In 1996, InterProse's flagship product was called "Cartographer". Aptly named, this data mapping software facilitated easy and quick import of data between disparate systems. 

In 2000, InterProse acquired Mt. Hood Media, a small internet technology company, and committed its future to developing the best web-based debt collection software platform on the market. That year, we celebrated the first release of WebAR, a cloud-based accounts receivable application for the debt collection market. In 2017, InterProse rebranded WebAR to InterProse ACE to communicate its full suite of capabilities.

Hyper-focused on process efficiency, we continually advance our technology, integrating many third-party providers and new features to become the most affordable, intuitive application available. ACE is serving thousands of users and processing tens of thousands of payments every month.

InterProse builds, delivers, upgrades, and supports the most advanced web-based debt recovery software on the market today. Serving industries at every customer level, from start-up to enterprise, we develop technology to help our customers do more with fewer resources by stressing process automations and technology integrations, .

Meet The Executive Team

These are five of the pickiest people you'll ever meet. Not with food, these guys will eat just about anything. They are picky about people. If you have ever heard the old cliché that "friends are the family you choose yourself", these guys apply that same metric to hiring. InterProse is populated by the family they have chosen for themselves and it shows every day we come to work. Laughter, collaboration, and genuine interactions are our norm, which naturally extends directly to our customers. We are a service company who just happen to build, market, and support the finest web-based debt collection software on the market.

In addition to the two founders of InterProse, Kyle's life's work has been the growth of InterProse in the ARM market. 

Starting as a fresh college grad on the bottom floor of the organization, Kyle worked his way through every role in the company and assumed the role of President on January 1st of 2022. 

There is no better advocate for your success in the organization and his laser focus on mutually beneficial relationships are what make our customer and partner relationships the envy of ARM industry.

On any given day, you will find Greg either hammering out java, laughing about pop culture, or training for his next triathlon or multiday backpacking adventure. 

Leading by example, Greg gives his coding team a hard target to match for dedication, knowledge, and productivity. Relentlessly objective, he has a keen ability to get to the heart of an issue quickly and discern a solution through creativity and the deepest understanding of our software's backend programming.

As a founder of InterProse, Scott has forgotten more about InterProse than most of us know - although you'd be hard pressed to find something he can't recall on demand. 

Scott cranks out massive volumes of work from his interior office ("windows create distractions", he famously said when choosing his office), and when he isn't handling data conversions for legacy software platforms to support the implementation team, he's marinating in Quickbooks and corporate tax policy.

Even with all that, he maintains a wicked sense of humor and you can't help but smile when you hear his hearty laugh.

Aaron joined InterProse in 2017 as the Sales & Marketing Manager and quickly ascended the ranks to join the leadership team as his vision for InterProse's place in the ARM industry took shape. 

Now a frequent speaker at ACA events, Aaron is known for his humor and transparency. While he rarely takes himself too seriously, you can be sure he's very serious about his responsibilities to his customers and coworkers.

When work is done, Aaron can be found in his workshop, on his bike or a running trail, or teasing his wife and kids. Probably not sitting though. 

InterProse boasts enthusiastic employees, all reporting to the photogenic individuals featured above. We are comprised of a remarkable group of talented, dedicated professionals who do what they do better than anyone else while balancing quality time with their families and finding time to give back to their communities. We are extremely proud of every member of this team and the people who made InterProse possible through their contributions.

Matthew Hill, Chairman of the Board, InterProseIn the early winter of 1996, Matthew Hill and Scott McGrew started InterProse with little more than irrational confidence and faith in each others' complementary abilities. Through hard work, creative problem solving, great customer relationships, and some really smart hiring, they created a thriving small business with an international portfolio of customers and partners. 

Matthew retired as of January 1, 2022 and assumed a new role with the company as Co-Founder and Executive Board Member. Chances are good that instead of tweaking a spreadsheet, you could now find him tinkering with a carburetor or timing belt. The man loves to work on loud and fast cars as much as he loves to drive them.
