Implementation Specialist | Data Integrator

Due to continued growth, The InterProse Corporation is looking for the next great addition to our team. The Implementation Specialist & Data Integrator works directly with our customers to assist them throughout the transition from their legacy software application to our innovative cloud-based receivables management solution--ACE. If you enjoy setting up and configuring web-based applications, migrating/converting data, creating technical solutions to solve business problems, teaching and supporting software solutions, and providing technical resources to our customers and staff-- we would like to hear from you!

What skills can you bring to the InterProse team?

• 5+ years of experience creating and supporting sophisticated software solutions to include conducting application setup and data migration/conversion.
• Four-year preferred degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• The ability to develop technical solutions, clearly communicate technical concepts to customers and team members with a wide range of skills. Positive spoken and written communication abilities.
• Practical, working knowledge of SQL databases, PostgreSQL or SQL equivalent, JavaScript, ETL data mapping, report writing (especially SQL), scripting and data conversion tools.
• Ability to use data conversion tools such as PGAnalyze and AWS Glue DataBrew.
• Strong experience reading and analyzing Java stack traces and AWS logging.
• Self-starter; organized, punctual, and takes ownership of projects. Above average time management skills.
• Responsive, welcoming, and effective customer service skills; a relationship builder.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and desire for continuous learning, growth, and development.
• General knowledge of: Web Conferencing (Zoom), Business Applications: (MS Office, Google Suite, Project Management Applications), File Sharing (Google Drive, MS OneDrive), Software as a service (SaaS), Telephony
• Ability to work M-F 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific time from any US location/time zone except California.
