Beam users can continue relying on the functionality they know, while InterProse provides a clear path to explore ACE, its broader debt collection and receivables platform. ACE helps collection and receivables teams manage accounts, automate repeatable work, support digital communication, connect existing vendors, and operate with security and compliance in mind.

Will my Beam functionality continue to work?

Yes. Beam will continue to support your day-to-day operations during the transition. Over time, the Beam system will be deprecated, and Beam customers will be converted to ACE at no additional cost.

ACE will include the capabilities Beam customers rely on today, plus additional automation, reporting, integration, and workflow tools designed to help streamline operations and support future growth.

InterProse will help your team understand the conversion process and prepare for the move to ACE.

What is ACE?

ACE is InterProse’s web-based debt collection and receivables platform.

For Beam customers, ACE provides a familiar path forward by recreating key Beam workflows, settings, account layouts, user roles, queues, letters, email templates, clients, commissions, file formats, reports, and vendor exports as closely as possible within ACE.

Who is ACE built for?

ACE is built for collection agencies, debt buyers, creditors, and first-party receivables teams that need to manage high-volume account workflows, integrations, compliance expectations, and consumer communication.

Does ACE support integrations?

Yes. ACE is designed to support integration flexibility. InterProse is vendor agnostic, which means customers are not forced into one required vendor ecosystem for payments, letters, messaging, enrichment, or other operational tools. For Beam customers evaluating ACE, we will want to review your current vendor list early. 

What security documentation is available?

InterProse provides public security and compliance information through our Trust Center and main InterProse website, where customers can review security badges, compliance information, and platform security details.

Some detailed security materials may require an NDA or approval before they can be shared.

Does ACE make my organization compliant?

No software can make an organization compliant by itself. ACE supports compliance-conscious workflows, security controls, audit documentation, and configurable processes, but compliance depends on how your organization uses the system.

Your policies, configuration, vendors, data flows, communication practices, and legal requirements all play a role. InterProse can help your team understand the platform controls and documentation available for your review.
