Position: Sales Territory Manager

Due to continued growth, The InterProse Corporation is looking for the next great addition to our team. The Sales Territory Manager works directly with our sales team executing sales strategies established by the executive team.

If you enjoy inbound sales lead management, outbound lead generation to facilitate the addition of new customers, and building/maintaining sales relationships for the lifetime of the customer we would like to hear from you!

What skills can you bring to the InterProse team?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales and executive leadership positions
  • Excellent listening skills to determine what product offering will solve a prospective customer’s needs/desires
  • The #1 skill needed for our target market is the ability to form strong relationships and develop trust through comprehensive product/market knowledge and personal connections
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively influence a prospective customer
  • Excel at strategic thinking, be open to new perspectives and better ways to do things; and be creative, visionary, and manage innovation well
  • Must be results-driven, able to work independently, and possess good decision-making skills
  • The ability to negotiate effectively while protecting the best interests of the organization and understand the guidelines set by the organization
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to overcome objections, build consensus between internal/external stakeholders, and tell a cohesive, engaging story
  • Ability to work M-F 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time from any US location/time zone.
